This feature will take you to the clinic notes dashboard. Here you will find notes from clinics, labs, digital slide production facilities and pathologists involving any patient encounters. You can navigate through notes assigned to you, unassigned, pending, recently completed and recently resolved.
Assigned to me: Notes that are assigned to you that are not resolved will appear in this section.
Unassigned: Notes that are shown to your unit but are not assigned to any users show in this section.
Pending: Notes that you have created that are unassigned show in this section.
Recently Completed: Notes that are shown to your unit that have been recently resolved by another user will show in this section.
Notes I recently resolved: Notes that you have recently resolved will show in this section.
View Notes
Simply click on any note if you want to see more information about it.
You will be taken to the patient encounter that contains that note.
In the upper right corner click on the note icon. The number to the right of the icon indicates how many notes are attached to the encounter.
On the left you can create a new note.

On the right you can view all current notes and assign notes to other users.
At the bottom left you can click “Return to Dashboard” to return to your main pathology dashboard.
Click the note icon again to return to the patient encounter.
