The “Question Mark” opens a support menu with a “Create Ticket” button, an inventory of tickets where you can manage your submitted tickets, a “View Manual and BxLink Information” button in order to access this manual as well as other information available about BxLink (i.e. Release Notes), an “Order Supplies” form, and contact information for LUMEA.
Create a Ticket
To create a ticket, select “Create Ticket” from the drop-down menu.
Type your question or problem into the provided field and click “Submit.” The ticket will immediately be sent to the LUMEA support team along with a screenshot of your BxLink page.
Please do not include PHI in the comments.
Use the Classification to identify if this is an order for more supplies/product request, a question about BxLink, a BxLink defect, or a request for a BxLink enhancement.
View Tickets
Click on “View Tickets” to see the status of existing tickets you’ve submitted to LUMEA.
You can see how many messages/comments are on the ticket, the ticket number, title, date created, date of last action, milestone and status.
Click on any ticket to see all of the above in addition to the abilities to read all messages/comments on the ticket, add new comments and add attachments.
View Manual and BxLink Information
Click on “View Manual and BxLink Information” from the drop-down menu.
The BxLink Information Center will open in a new tab. Select either BxLink Manuals or BxLink Release Notes to view the respective information
Order Supplies
Click on “Order Supplies” from the drop-down menu.
Another page will open in a new tab, and you can choose the type of supply you are ordering: Kits or Other Supplies.
Once you select the type of supplies needed, an order form will open. Fill in the empty fields (fields with red asterisks are required) and follow the form prompts.
