Encounter ID Tasks

To reopen a FISH encounter for the pathologist to cancel:

  1. Click on link: https://bxlink.lumea.net/index.php?r=admin/setRequestStatus

  2. Paste Encounter ID into box

  3. Select “Requested”

  4. Click “Submit”

  5. Update: To simply cancel the FISH for the pathologist, select “Canceled” instead.

 

To remove a case from a pathologist’s dashboard because it was modified and they want it completed but still existent without creating a new report/signing out:

  1. Click on link: https://bxlink.lumea.net/index.php?r=admin/setEncounterStatus

  2. Paste Encounter ID into box

  3. Select “Report”

  4. Click “Submit”

 

To “cancel” or “delete” a case so it doesn’t exist anymore:

  1. Click on link: https://bxlink.lumea.net/index.php?r=admin/setEncounterStatus

  2. Past Encounter ID into box

  3. Select “Cancel”

  4. Click “Submit”

 

To change the status of a report from “Closed” to “Reported”:

  1. Click on link: https://bxlink.lumea.net/index.php?r=admin/setEncounterStatus

  2. Paste Encounter ID into box

  3. Select “Report”

  4. Click “Submit”

 

To copy speedphrases from a current user to a new user:

  1. Click on the link: https://bxlink.lumea.net/index.php?r=admin/copyUserSpeedPhrases

  2. Enter the corresponding user ID’s into the boxes.

  3. Click “Submit”

 

To copy macros from a current user to a new user:

  1. Click on the link: https://bxlink.lumea.net/index.php?r=admin/copyUserMacros

  2. Enter the corresponding user ID’s into the boxes.

  3. Click “Submit”

 

To copy cases from one unit to another:

  1. The destination encounter cannot have any samples and has to be a matching procedure type.

  2. Click on the link: https://bxlink.lumea.net/index.php?r=admin/cloneencounter

  3. Enter the correct encounter IDs.

  4. Uncheck things like Encounter Reports, Sample Annotation Data, Sample Diagnosis.

  5. Select “Submit”.
