Encounter ID Tasks
To reopen a FISH encounter for the pathologist to cancel:
Click on link: https://bxlink.lumea.net/index.php?r=admin/setRequestStatus
Paste Encounter ID into box
Select “Requested”
Click “Submit”
Update: To simply cancel the FISH for the pathologist, select “Canceled” instead.
To remove a case from a pathologist’s dashboard because it was modified and they want it completed but still existent without creating a new report/signing out:
Click on link: https://bxlink.lumea.net/index.php?r=admin/setEncounterStatus
Paste Encounter ID into box
Select “Report”
Click “Submit”
To “cancel” or “delete” a case so it doesn’t exist anymore:
Click on link: https://bxlink.lumea.net/index.php?r=admin/setEncounterStatus
Past Encounter ID into box
Select “Cancel”
Click “Submit”
To change the status of a report from “Closed” to “Reported”:
Click on link: https://bxlink.lumea.net/index.php?r=admin/setEncounterStatus
Paste Encounter ID into box
Select “Report”
Click “Submit”
To copy speedphrases from a current user to a new user:
Click on the link: https://bxlink.lumea.net/index.php?r=admin/copyUserSpeedPhrases
Enter the corresponding user ID’s into the boxes.
Click “Submit”
To copy macros from a current user to a new user:
Click on the link: https://bxlink.lumea.net/index.php?r=admin/copyUserMacros
Enter the corresponding user ID’s into the boxes.
Click “Submit”
To copy cases from one unit to another:
The destination encounter cannot have any samples and has to be a matching procedure type.
Click on the link: https://bxlink.lumea.net/index.php?r=admin/cloneencounter
Enter the correct encounter IDs.
Uncheck things like Encounter Reports, Sample Annotation Data, Sample Diagnosis.
Select “Submit”.
